Libby Paholski (Project Manager)

Libby holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of South Australia and a Graduate Certificate in Management (Marketing and Communication) from the Queensland University of Technology

Libby brings over 20 years consultancy and local government experience to the Market Facts team. Libby has a varied background including marketing, research, communications and strategic policy in local government in South Australia and Queensland.  Prior to joining Market Facts, Libby worked for two large client based organisations (environmental and engineering consultancies) project managing community and stakeholder engagement programs on a range of planning and infrastructure projects throughout Queensland. 

Libby has strong project management skills, and a sound understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods and analysis.  Libby project manages all of Market Facts local government and infrastructure planning research projects, including survey design, data analysis and reporting. Libby?s background in community engagement specifically on a range of infrastructure and planning projects enables her to easily understand the complexities associated with these technical projects. Libby is then is able to translate this depth of understanding and interpretation to the reports she prepares.
